  5. When is payment due for the Certified Mold Inspection? Payment is due the day of the actual inspection.
  6. What types of payment do you accept? We accept cash and check only.
  7. What kind of repair (remediation) services does MIRAMOLD offer? None, since this could pose a potential conflict of interest.
  8. Should I have a Certified Mold Remediation Company Inspect AND Remediate my home or office? No, because this would be a conflict of interest. MIRAMOLD, LLC has no vested interest in finding toxic mold in your home or office. MIRAMOLD will give you facts based on scientific experiments and certified laboratory results. We specialize in producing an honest, factual home or office Certified Mold Inspection.
  9. Can you recommend a Certified Remediation Company? We can provide you with a public listing of Certified Mold Remediators, however, we will not recommend a specific company.
  10. Does my homeowner's insurance policy cover the cost of a Certified Mold Inspection or Certified Remediation? Some insurance companies offer small claims limits for mold remediation. However, a mold and fungi exclusion clause is found on most standard property policies. On these policies, mold growth is covered if it is a direct result of fire, lightning or another "covered peril."
  11. Can I receive the Final Inspection Report by E-Mail? Yes, we send the report by E-Mail and the original with first class mail.
